Wouldn't bother me either, as long as it doesn't become intrusive obviously. But whatever helps keep the site going.

Is there scope for a "From the Vaults" sort of section? That was one of the best bits of MI, but sure it's all lost to the aether.

A banner has been added to the top of the page. This is aimed to both help cover running costs for the site while also promoting something  relevant to the topic of the forum. Let me know if there's any display or usability issues with the placement.

An odd oul banner or whatever won't hurt anyone and I don't think any of us would be adverse to the site generating a few pence for itself.

Also would read the reviews if there were any
