Theoretically, all the associations could leave FIFA, who in essence have fuck all to sell without them, and start again with a new global association. Shame there's no chance of that ever happening. FIFA is a cancer.

CocaCola were very happy with the game split into quarters, though, so that's nice

Couldn't be prouder of the Shels

Republic of Ireland players intend to wear black armbands "in recognition of all lives lost in the [Gaza] conflict" for Sunday's Nations League game against Israel in Hungary, after confirming they will go ahead with the fixture.

So brave. That'll show the nasty genociders....

So, guilty of 114 charges. That's got to be a suspended transfer ban for the January window in 2036,  right?

It will be interesting to see the balancing act from some Sky pundits (particularly Gary Neville) who continued to wax lyrical about City/Pep even when the magnitude of the charges/allegations were realised.

Of course, City deserved their day in court, innocent until proven guilty, etc, but Sky ran out of superlatives to describe how incredible City's achievements were season on season. In their eyes, does that now all change, is it all tainted? It should be - it was built on a rotten foundation.

In terms of punishment, it should be expulsion, but that wont happen because the PL wont have the bollocks in my opinion. The minimum should be enough of a points deduction to guarantee relegation; an ungodly fine; and as lengthy a transfer ban as can be handed down.

Honestly its the biggest scandal of the premier league era.

All of this.

As a fella with a sort of residual fondness for Chelsea left over from my younger days, I would thoroughly enjoy seeing Enzo Fernandes plying his trade in the championship next year.

As a fella who has seen how things actually go, I'm thinking there will be something pure shit like a 6 point deduction and a fine, or a fine without any points deduction

The cynical side of me agrees, but given that Everton were handed a 6 point deduction after 1 breach and full cooperation, I can't see anything less than something seismic being acceptable. All other 19 clubs in the Premier League would riot.

From reports, there's little to no mitigation for City. They lied, covered up and obstructed for years.

Their next game is away at Liverpool, who will rightly feel aggrieved given their close run races with City. The atmosphere will be toxic for City. Cannot wait.

and Everton had to pay £35m to Burnley for losses to Burnley for Everton's actions (PSR).
Gonna be a fun season ahead....

Shitty enough chant. Even worse than Chelsea's...
