Obscura/Pestilence/Cryptic Shift - 17 Feb

Is there some rule that Obscura have to be on every techy type tour? Must be the 10th time they've played here in the last 15 or so years

Cryptic Shift the big draw here for me. Never seen Pestilence either so be nice to cross them off the list too, hopefully they stick to the classics

Surprised to see Pestilence supporting would they not be bigger than Obscura?

Obscura are probably about as big a name as you can get for the genre. Pestilence had their classic albums, but have been releasing absolute shite for years now which hasn't helped them

Pestilence haven't been relevant since the early 90s. Their recent output is so shite it's almost parody.

Who wants to put a few bob on Obscura having a new line up before the tour?

I could probably go to five or six lads back home and ask them are they up for going to Pestilence. If I asked them are they up for going to Obscura I'd most likely get a blank look. That's the difference.  No argument though whose recent output is the superior.
