Any good? Set seemed fine

I enjoyed it just felt the setlist could have been a bit better but it was different to last time so I can't fault them for that. Overall I would say the Marley Park gig a few years ago was the better gig which I wasn't expecting as ill take an indoor show over an outdoor one every time. I would have liked to see more of the band on the big screen as the visuals weren't all that great.

Tickets were expensive but people also have to keep in mind that they played for nearly 3 hours last night. They came on about 2 or 3 mins past 8 then ended the show at about 10.50. What other bands that people discuss on here are doing nearly 3 hour sets? Most headline bands these days you are lucky if they play for an hour.

We got in just as Roses were about to start and by the end of it I was tired just from standing and watching so I can't imagine what it must be like for lads twice my age running around on stage.

The toilets and queues for pints was a pain in the bollox as always but great to see they are back serving Guinness now instead of Murphys.

Had a look at the setlist, few decent changes-bad apples, yesterdays, dead horse and think about you.
Of the 'newer' tracks I think Nothin has been the best, the solo is fantastic. Skipped them this time but if Metallica wasn't this month I'd probably have gone but I reckon they'll be back around in next 2-3 years again.

Yeah agreed on the AI visuals - it was actually refreshing halfway through when they switched it to Slash playing. Sound as usual in the 3Arena drives me bonkers, any sort of non-centered position it suffers greatly.

Setlist was fine, suits Axl more - band were really solid, Duff/Slash excellent, Duff should help Axl on more songs I think when he's not doing the usual backing parts, Axl struggles as we know for past 2 decades with the highs now turns parts into a sort of...mickey mouse moment  I don't mind Nothin', Atlas live as I'm not fond of the recordings but absurd can go in the bin, give me The Garden or Dust N Bones any day.

A few extra lengthened solos sections in songs that I could have done without but prefer that with the band than one of them noodling some shite while the rest take a break. Seen GNR 3 times and I think that's it for me. Still hard to believe all these lads are in their 60s - Axl is 64 years old!
