Hopefully the cunt dies a horrible death. I can only imagine the pathetic little nothing trying to bullshit his way out of it.

12 years old. She'd received a safeguarding lesson in primary school, realised that was what was happening to her, and went straight to the police as advised.

Fucking depressing that kids have to be taught lessons like that in primary school, but this is the world we live in.

Fuckin hell that's awful. I look forward to him appearing in the Notable Deaths thread.

Fair play to her for not getting caught out too much. It's horrible but if it helps kids realizing they're dealing with a creep, then keep at it.

Would probably help a lot less if it was assumed he was a member of Altus.

Christ! Just reading the Leather Mike update. Some dirty hoor!
He was always clashing heads with someone on the old MI forums.

Back on topic, but on a similar note...
Lost Prophets.
They had a good run of popularity right up until that Watkins nonce, another diabolical cunt, got found out and sent down.

I'll always take pride in the fact that the only time I've ever thrown stuff at a band it was them.  Nonce cunt.

Fucking hell. Fair play to her for knowing what to do. He must be in his 30s, yeah?

Yeah, pushing 40 I'd say.

Quote from: Dark Stranger on February 07, 2025, 05:02:40 PMWe heard from a mate who was watching the live video feed from the trial, what he done was vile, distressing and absolutely cruel.

I'm a bit confused... the first statement seems to imply that he did something horrible, but the second statement seems to imply that she realised she was being groomed and got away before anything happened?

Speaking of throwing things at bands, Linkin Park got a lot of hatred when they opened for Metallica at the RDS in '03!

A mate of mine says it all kicked off when the singer said something like "We should be headlining here, not Metallica".  I don't remember any such comment, but my mate seems sure that's what kicked it off?

Maybe somebody else that was there could clarify?

No I was at that show - that didn't happen.

Yeah 100% that didn't happen. The crowd just didn't like a big Nu-Metal band playing the same stage as Metallica.

I remember Mike Shinoda saying something like - "I know it says this is a joint headliner show, but we know that this is Metallica's show". Bought him a bit of goodwill, I think.

13 year old me at his first gig very much enjoyed Linkin Park and was mortified at the bottling craic

Mate of mine was front row and he was surprised how well they took the abuse 😂
I think I watched 5 minutes and fucked off for a pint.

Yeah I was close enough myself. To be fair to them they stuck the heads down and rocked away doing their thing. Did sympathise with them there was bottles landing on them and seen liquid fly all over their decks but they didn't miss a beat or whinge so fair dues.
