Really hyped for this one. Crowbar only clicked with me last summer, having had Sonic Excess for 20+ years. All it took was night-after-night bottle feeds with a newborn to have it all fall into place. Why didn't I think of it sooner?!

Big lineup, be interested in set times whenever they're available.

I seen NAPALM twice in one year. The last being in the 3 Arena which was was mental. They did not suit such a large venue, didn't help how poor the attendance was. The sound was so boomy.

Excited for this one - been bingeing Crowbar recently as they're just one of those bands I somehow managed to neglect in the 90s. Bad miss on my part.

Don't think I've Napalm Death in ten years - supporting Obituary/Carcass in Vicar St maybe.

Always missed Full of Hell but was really into Trumpeting Ecstasy when it came out.

Big fan of all 3 but probably looking forward to Napalm the least and can't choose between FOH and Crowbar. Really enjoying the new FOH especially Chemical and Schizoid will pick it up tonight if they have the LP and hopefully Crowbar have some decent shirts.

Every good Crowbar shirt I've ever seen has been ruined by a desperate backprint.

I had a killer Lifesblood t shirt but it disappeared in a move at some point over the years.
The fate of many a shirt unfortunately.
One of my friends at this gig messaged me to day the merch is a bit shit.

Crowbar had this on their Facebook page earlier:

The longsleeve is alright, don't really wear longsleeves anymore though.

I went for the time heals nothing LS it was the only thing that had no back print and it's one their best album covers. A bit mad that they had an Irish shirt with their only being one Irish date on the tour I can't imagine they sold many.

€40 for LS and SS shirts were €30. Same price from all the bands. Not surprising as the Academy is another venue that demands a cut of whatever merch is sold.

Whopper gig - like these line-ups with a bit of a change of pace between the bands. In general, I thought it sounded really good for everyone. Apart from Brat, that was just too early for me to make.

Definitely will try to catch Full of Hell again whenever they come back - the vocals were sick, enjoyed the weirdo dry humour as well. Who was the guy who sang one of the tunes with them?

Crowbar were deadly. Planets Collide was epic and I was really impressed with Kirk Windstein - he has one of those voices that just sounds absolutely knackered but still delivers somehow. I've seen some interviews with him where he's full on talking about himself as a doddery old man but as he said himself, the band were really tight and were heavy as fuck.

Napalm Death - does exactly what you expect, in a good way. There's always tunes I'd want to hear but I was happy enough with that.

Not too bad, compared to the 3 Arena anyway.
You'd pay more if you bought online, by the time you got them posted out.
