Your best bet would be a wired portable CD player. I haven't seen anything Bluetooth that's worthwhile myself

Mate of mine has a FiiO DM13 which seemed a decent piece of kit. Haven't spent much time with it but he rates it and uses it a lot.

Failing that get a bluetooth transmitter, I have a couple and they were cheap enough, and work well. Slightly unwieldy if you're out and about with the discman, but if it's going to be static they"re grand.
