The inverted cross/ claw/ devil Horns at the top is Bathory. Bottom left is Hellhammer. By middle left do you mean Black Sabbath demon or Morbid Angel necronomicon sigil?

It's like the helmet on Conan's Horseback Battle Hammer or that Gates Of Slumber album.

Technically it is the one of the TGOS release as a they did "Villain, Villain" as a tribute to it and just made it black and white

Ahhh nice one!! I've seen that cover but I would have never of got that the direction I was searching, closest I got was Saxon!
