I'm going to lose 666 kvlt points for recommending this, but Casus Luciferi by Watain is another great album in a style similar to Dissection.

Black Sabbath- Tyr would possibly have earned a spot in my list for tyre amount of times I've listened to it in the past year.

Ninkharsag is another Dissection clone. Hadnt heard of them before they played Damnation last year but went to check them out they were great live

Keep meaning to give their albums a listen since then but still haven't got around to it!

Yeah, I really like their album The Dread March Of Solemn Gods. That 2nd track Under the Dead of Night is a banger. Soooooooo Dissectiony.

Came across a Chinese two man band today called Black Reaper with their album Celestial Descension. A great listen and also in the Dissection vein.

I'd also put forward the album In the Forest of the Dreaming Dead by Unanimated for some more classic melodic black/death.

Seeing as there seems to be a bit of theme going here with Vinterland and Unanimated being mentioned, it might be good to add more of that Swedish, No Fashion records type stuff like the below:
