Getting all misty eyed here thinking about getting absolutely broke up drinking flagons on a summers evening such as this evening. Just beautiful really.

They're on Glastonbury right now. And it's fucking banging  :abbath:

Quote from: astfgyl on June 27, 2025, 12:12:16 PMThe cans were always a bit posh for me so strictly flagons and not the fancy linden village or bulmers either. 3 pound 15 for 2 litres and 4 pound 50 for the 3 litre, couldn't go wrong.

Bought a few cans of the new devils bit cider a while back and it tasted like fuckin vinegar. Absolutely awful.

God I miss flagons

Devil's Bit used to be 6% and you'd get 4 cans for a fiver but they changed the alcohol content to 4.5% and now they're 4 for €8.

Anyone remember Inch's cider? Pure rocket fuel in a silver can.

I remember the Inch's Stonehouse very well! Didn't notice it was gone though as I don't really drink cider at all these days. Stomach can't handle it.

Last cider I bought was up in Belfast and I got 3 flagons of some strong shit called frosty jacks iirc. Was pure delighted bringing them back to Tipp and they blew the fuckin head and the guts out of me

Stonehouse! I couldn't remember the full name. You can't get it anymore. I used to drink 4 of those and a bottle of Buckfast before hitting the pub. That would be followed by pints, vodkas, and a few yokes. I can barely drink 4 cans nowadays for fear of a hangover.

Where can you watch the full set? I can only find 1 and 2 min clips on Youtube.

It's only available via iPlayer so likely unavailable outside the UK?

I think that iplayer is region locked and won't work here.
