Phil sounding awesome at the minute, why the hell wouldn't they do it?? Benante would be killer, dunno about guitarist tho.
Be a hell of a night out

Saw these bucks in early 90s in SFX were any of ye at it? Can't remember much about it now

Yeah ,I was there. The feeling was goddamn electric :abbath:

I saw them with Megadeth in The Point in 92. Ferocious gig. Funnily, I saw something about this on YouTube this morning and I clicked the link but it was an old interview (obviously) with Dime and Vinnie giving their side of the story regarding the split.

Dunno how I feel about it. I would probably go and see them live. That is, if I'm not actually the secret guitarist...

I was 11 in 92. Funny that. If an 11 year old today gave me their opinion on something, I'd be like, "Uh-huh."

Would ye go see it?

No. I had no interest when Pantera was a thing, less interest in the cash-in.

That was with Gruntruck, wasn't it?

I'd go see a Gruntruck reunion for sure.

Benante and Wylde apparently confirmed, along with the blessing of the Abbot's estates . Who I imagine will be getting a tidy cut.

I'm by no means a Pantera fan but I think with the right supports (which given Anselmo's tastes could be interesting) even I'd go see this out of curiosity when it inevitably hits the 3 Arena. I've missed all the other big  legendary names over the years bar Slayer so why not.

Yea, Pantera were one of those gateway bands that got me in to the more underground Death Metal stuff. I remember seeing a Pantera tribute band around 15 or so years ago. Were they Irish? Honestly can't remember

Cobhboys From Hell? There were a couple of decent Irish Pantera tribute bands at some point. These lads definitely had the best name.

Cowboys from Heaven is a better name. CFH songs based on the Highway to Heaven TV show.

Remind me again why I'm not a millionaire.

They're called Pantéire now
