Played a pretty simple straight forward point n click trilogy last year over lockdown. The Cat Lady / Downfall / and then Lorelai. Cool unique graphic/art design and a dark/horror type storyline, cat lady probably being the best one out of the 3.

Played an adventure esq puzzle solving / side-scroller action indie game called The Fall, really enjoyable.

Casually playing Dota 2 again just against bots for 30 minutes or so in the evening if I get a chance.

Just watched this quality wee mini doc about the making of the original Prince of Persia:

I'm after doing myself in playing soccer so I'm thinking of getting a game for the PS4 for the weekend.

Is that Disco Elysium worth a shot?

Battlefield vet here (playing since Battlefield 2) and was a good competitive clan for a few years during 2, 2142, 3 and some of 4. Now with 2042 its totally shite. If anyone is considering it just look up the reviews and don't waste your money. I fell for the hype from some of the youtubers and bout it week it was released, biggest waste of money in a long time.

Been playing Rocket League casually the past while - lot of fun for 5-10 minutes if you don't have hours to spend gaming. Cross platform too which is neat.
Age Of Empires 4 - I like it, haven't played any AOE since the very first one which was great. Only released few months ago so still adding stuff to it.
Also been playing Close Combat: Gateway to Caen (real-time war strategy type game) against my bro who lives in Australia. Works well enough considering the distance.

Microsoft bought Activision Blizzard.

Picked up the complete classic Doom and Half Life sets for €9 on Steam, bargain

Have been replaying both lately, Doom on and off for a long time (up to the end of Doom II I think on this run) and restarted HL a few weeks back.

Both of them class games and I know them backwards but jesus Doom especially, you could never get sick of it.  Must try out a few user WADs for it, dunno if you've watched Decino on youtube but he does playthroughs of user made levels and episodes and some look class, ridiculously hard.

Yeah I stumbled onto Decino a few weeks ago, it's what made me want to pick them up again

Played both of them incessantly for ages when they first came out, but haven't given them a go in about 15 years. Plus it came with all the add ons like HL: Blue Shift and Doom Master Levels that I couldn't afford when I was younger! 😂

7 years late to the show, but I've been watching the Double Fine Adventure series where they got a point-and-click adventure crowd funded and then document the entire creative process. Good watching if you're into the whole Monkey Island, Day of the Tentacle, Brutal Legend, etc., stuff. Tim Schafer is a funny fucker.

RIP Overwatch. Murdered by Blizzard so they could hop on the Battle Pass Bandwagon for OW2.

This bad boy is out in a few days can not f**king wait  :)

Just a word of warning that some retailers sold the game early so the internets full of spoilers!

Not really that big into gaming but I bought the Sega Mini 2 last week which is pretty good and hopefully in a few weeks they will release the mod thing that will let you add any games you want.

One thing I do hate is the way when you play the games they don't take up the full screen. I guess it because they will be too pixilated but the border around the game screen looks so tacky.
