I'm currently playing immortals fenoix rising on the switch. It could be described as a Breath of the Wild but with Greek mythology. A large open world that isn't as spread out as zelda but just as packed, maybe more so.

I'm 40 hours and must have around half the map explored. For 30 quid it certainly value for money.

Can't believe I am saying this but I'm playing Fifa 20 non stop at the moment. I've started a career with Plymouth Argyle and am determined to get them to the premier league trophy.

Currently in the championship with PA. Having won all of the side trophys I only need the league, league Cup and champions league. Then when I get promoted to the premier league I can just focus on the league and league Cup!

Fifa is fine in career mode. I wish you could buy it just for that. The issue is they never change it. That being said I love taking a league 2 side up to the top. I try use the game generated youth too. Good fun.

Reminds me of the old master league in pro evo. That and the become a legend mode took a lot of hours from my life over the years.

Pro Evo is a better football game I think, the problem is the parts outside of the matches. Also when retired players come back as 16 year olds it kind of ruins it.

Yeah, the in between games stuff is excruciatingly tedious and clunky. Haven't played it since 2016 though so I dunno if it's still as bad

It's the exact same, has some cut scenes though. I'm on the pc so I just play the older ones and just update the squads. Mad that they charge the bones of 80 quid every year.

That's handy on the pc. Saves on the yearly extortion. I play the old ones on the 360 and I'm stuck with the squads but the games are still decent and good difficulty level so the goals are meaningful. This is putting me in the form for a shot of 2013 or maybe 2011, the legend mode was decent

Went back to the trusty Fallout New Vegas the other day. Haven't played much games in the last while with college. It's great that a 10 year old game still holds up better than AAA titles. I'm on the PC so it's modded to shit, but still.

Anyone in the know with New Vegas PC mods hear about the shit show of a mod The Frontier?

One of my all time favourites. Have a play through going on PC but also doing my second Fallout 4 playthrough. A lot wrong with FO4 in the story and dialogue consequences stakes but for me the gameplay mechanics are near perfect. No other fallout game lets you have such a minutely specific character build (in terms of stats and abilities) and the crafting and modding systems make looting (and looting-specific excursions in survival mode) essential and meaningful.

Still, FONV shits on it when it comes to rich dialogue and main mission substance so hey ho.

New Vegas is the business.  Absolutely love that game, have played it almost yearly since it was released.  In the middle of a replay of it at the minite actually but haven't had much time for games so it gets tipped away at for a few hours every two weeks or so.  I've the same soft spot for Oblivion really, would play that regularly too.  Haven't looked much into mods for either but have a fairly modded oblivion file there at the minute for when I'm done with this run of NV.

Currently cruelly addicted to Tetris on my phone.
Bought that Halo collection on Steam lately to rope a few lads into the H2 and H3 multiplayer but have yet to set it up.  Having a baby, working, building pedals, and making music combined would have a severe impact on the auld free time for games.

Still on a New Vegas playthrough at the moment - going to try the Wild Card approach and not let the rest of the factions take Vegas.
Apart from that, have been playing Hades a lot - really good game. Also Dead Cells.

In the same boat here. Also have a legion save going.

Have a mod to become a bounty hunter, it's great. All the usuals in there, live dismemberment is quality. Have realistic damage and on hardcore mode too. I dont like the idea that I can soak up bullet after bullet. If I get shot in the head, that's it, same for the enemies. Shot in the arm, can't use it etc. It's great for long winding gunfights, perfect for the setting!

I've been wanting to pull the trigger on this for a while. Have so much in my back catalogue but this game is screaming  out to me.

Anyone else playing Valheim? It's the newest Steam Early Access overnight sensation but I'm completely hooked. For anyone who hasn't heard about it it's an open-world survival/building/crafting/sandbox game with RPG elements and fun combat, all set in a Viking mythological setting.

Personally I never liked other survival/craft games such as Rust/DayZ and I never went near Minecraft but this is the ticket. The world is vast and beautiful (and procedurally generated for each server) and completely immersive. Really enjoying the building. There's an insane amount of content for an early access game and I've encountered more bugs in games that have been fully released. Great with mates but apparently just as good solo.

Also Dead Cells.

Addicted to Dead Cells at the moment. They hooked me in with a free to play week on the switch a while back and wound up buying it with all the DLC areas. Really nice visually and quite deep content wise.

Anyone played AC valhalla yet? I loved Odyssey.
