I wouldn't buy anything below the quality of Sennheiser. So many headphones are just awful. I've never owned a pair of Bose but I'd seriously think about splashing out in future. My Sennhesiers are just a pleasure. I've had about 5 sets of them now.

Realising you really aren't THAT familiar with old albums, and finally getting your mind blown by just how fucking class they are.

Smashing Pumpkins Gish and lots of FNM. Great to be able to listen to older stuff without nostalgia and emotion too. They sound fresher now than they ever did.
