Bruce Dickinson - The Chemical Wedding

Starting the day with Bruce's best album. Doubt too many people will be up in arms about that statement, unlike when I called Somewhere in Time Maiden's best album a few days ago, and received threats of sexual violence from depraved members of this forum.

Hard to pick between it and Accident of Birth but rest assured, I'm not going to threaten you with a good time just because we disagree on something.

Thanks for that. I was fairly shaken up by the threats of revenge porn and buggery, but I won't let it stop my enjoyment of metal. #MeToo

The only ones of his that I've heard are Tattooed Millionaire and The Chemical Wedding, wasn't too impressed by either I must say.

Chemical Wedding is great. It wouldn't be as good as Maiden's 80's stuff but I'd definitely put it above the later Maiden albums in terms of quality.

Accident, Chemical and Tyranny of Souls would be his essential releases for me. Still a few good songs on Balls to Picasso and the new one.

He's making a new one without Roy Z, was reading the other day Roy Z has gone full religious nutter apparently, won't do the devil's music anymore!

Might not be the worst thing in the world, the last one had pretty poor production from what I heard.

He should get the lad from Eternal Champion to produce.
