I liked O9mm as a teenager but haven't listened to them since the 90s. I wonder how they'd go down with me these days.

I never listened to them before last weekend. They were featured in a documentary that Carnage recommended over in the Notable Deaths thread.

I have to say - I thought it was pretty solid. It's definitely a '90s record - but that's when most of my favourite albums were made.

Two absolute classics there and I don't know the evilfeast. Is it any good?

Dark Throne - Goatlord
Immortal - War Against All.
At The Gates - Slaughter Of The Soul.
Superation - The Cube.
Morbid Angel - Gateways.

Oranssi Pazuzu: Mestarin Kynsi
Conan: Evidence Of Immortality

Overkill - Scorched 9/10

Best Overkill since Horrorscope for me, every track's a banger and Blitz is on fire throughout. A titan of a thrash album that really showed a certain other band up when they released on the same day.
Wearing jeans and leather, not crackerjack clothes

I haven't heard Scorched yet but for me White Devil Armory was their best since Horrorscope, if not The Years Of Decay. The two inbetween I found good but not great, but WDA was straight from the '80s for me.

And so on it goes.

I would have said the same before this one came out. Will be interested to see what you think when you hear it.

I am intrigued.

One man Black Metal from Poland

He has a very consistent catalogue

This is about the best - https://evilfeast.bandcamp.com/album/elegies-of-the-stellar-wind

Great melodies; intensity at times (without being ott)
Synth is stellar :)
