I generally use Bepanthen for a day or two and then use coconut oil whenever it gets itchy. Didn't use anything for my back and it healed sound, which sort of made me lazy about doing anything for proceeding ones.

Did you finally get that big swastika piece on your back??

I have that swirling out of my arsehole. Turned out great and double duty for the piles cream.
