Amazing gig,

Support:
The Wild Things
Skindred
KISS

Weirdly I thought "The Wild Things" where between "The Cranberries" and "The Darkness" entertaining enough and kept the crowd interested.

Skindred - once you've heard one song (or 2) you've heard them all. Samples for Jump/around (House of pain / van halen) did little to save this rather boring set. (Not for me anyway)

Kiss - Amazing as always, the middle section of lick it up was class and I loved the guitar duel.

They still took cash at the merch stands and there wasn't the same queue as at a recent Iron Maiden gig in Dublin. In fact I'd say Kiss had more energy and a better show than Iron Maiden (Iron Maiden on the previous tour in the Point rocked). Defo not anywhere near as boring as a large Def Leppard gig (which although great seems to go on, and on even if the new albums is really good). As for backing tracks, well might work for Motley Crue (or maybe thats just the backing dancers that hold my attention), but backing tracks or no backing tracks Kiss rock!!!!

Bigger, louder, brighter loads of energy, lots of heat, zip lines, makeup, space cats, star children, destroyers and space men, lots of ordnance you could be forgiven for thinking the HMS Belfast had fired a salvo and no rain.....lots of people in face paint a great vibe

yes indeed the best are still the best and still wanted!

PS I'll say this about KISS Shirts, they are special.....

Don't think Skindred have ever endeared themselves to the aging rocker, not sure why they seemingly have a habit of being booked on those bills.

Saw the End of the Road in 2019 at a festival, its been quite the long one. It was fine and enjoyable with a few beers but not something I'd go out of my way to pay for myself in a hurry.

2010 in a barely half full point now that was something...and properly live ha.

I seen Kiss recently in Poland and they fucking rocked. Such a great live band! Every song a banger!

Thanks KISS! audios from the live circuit!

New York is rocking tonight I'd say!!!
