Rehearsal space (Cork) looking for band to come in

Bit of a far cry at the moment. A band pulled out of our shared space in Blackpool, Cork. We're looking for anyone whose looking for a spot to come up, plenty of space for a full backline, PA system, the lot. Looking for 4-6 people to split.

Our rent is up on Feb 10th if we don't get someone in. Said I'd throw it up here to see. Cheers.
