Well, in an ideal world (lol!), this would allow universities to reorient back towards research education rather than workplace education.

That's an interesting idea. I'm sure there is a catch of some sort that I'm missing, but in theory it should work well for a lot of people.

Will Google's own analytics on applicants affect the selection process, and what sort of invasive profiling will the applicant be willingly exposing themselves to? That would be interesting to see. Then again, it's hard to argue with a selection process which might root out the criminally insane from the outset
