My friends and I were standing facing the stage behind the barrier that separates the stage's front standing area and the back standing area of 3Olympia Theatre. This Polish guy and a couple arrived later on, and stood by us, this guy started complaining to my friend demanding him to stop headbanging, the couple joined this guy and started a fight. He punched me several times on my back ribs, he could have broken them. I'm shocked by this and now and afraid to go to gigs in Dublin anymore!

This is a classic example of people running away with things on the net. Just because an account like this was posted doesn't mean it's true. Due process and all. I see your one has happily posted pictures of her alleged aggressor too on social media and everyone has immediately jumped to conclusions. The only reason I mention it is because I've seen plenty of contradictory accounts, indicating the victim in question and her boyfriend were the aggressors, witnesses saying they were thrown out of Eddie Rockets Prior to the show for causing trouble and others suggesting they started the fight at the show.

Bottom line, if the account above were true - go to the Gardai and if true let it be handled correctly. Posts on facebook etc and internet trials are ridiculous. Especially looking at all the internet hard man posts - nauseating.

I wasn't at the gig, but I know the girl in question and I can guarantee she is absolutely not the type of person to start anything like that at a show. She attends loads of gigs here in Cork and in Limerick and has never had any issues or caused any issues previously.

I also don't believe for one second that she was kicked out of Eddie Rockets, or anywhere else for that matter, for causing trouble.

That's fair enough. You know her and can vouch - why not go to the Gardai so. She'll achieve nothing going the route she's going, which I still believe is wrong - there's a way to do things . If her account is true throw the book at him definitely.

The only reason I mention the Eddie rockets incident is that it reinforces that anyone can throw up anything online. It'll just go round and round.

From what Dani has told me he had an issue with her and her friends headbanging and ended up pinning her up against the railing and throwing digs into her back.

Andreas and Paolo own it so they'd have to either license it or go to court. Andreas covered himself when Max walked in 97.

Neither original members so how did they swing that? I presume the Cavaleras are still getting royalties for the songs played.

Igor stayed until like 2006. Max was the only one who left at the time, so couldn't get it.
