I actually think Jones is starting to decline tbh, there's some guys coming up like Dominick Reyes and Aleksandar Rakic I think could take him out.

I think he's looked very deflated since returning from the suspension, I doubt he's gone clean, but either the problem is he has to take much lower doses than he was, or he's just getting older.

I really don't like this state of panic that exists whenever musicians or artists step out of line or refuse to conform to what they are told is correct and proper- isn't that usually what makes these creative characters so interesting??
I agree with you on that I just thought it was interesting (and most of all surprising) considering his background. To be honest the biggest shock reading the headlining was imagining Away from Voivod being involved in something like this .

To be fair usually artists with 'controversial' views or opinions have a history of such, like no one would be surprised if Varg came out as a holocaust denier.

According to their statement the lyrics and themes of the album dabble in the ideology.

This is a strange one,  Tau Cross had a new album coming out next month and Relapse have pulled the album and dropped them from the label  after it was brought to their attention a holocaust denier was credited by Rob Miller in the liner notes for inspiring lyrics on the album.

According to Relapse's statement the other members didn't know about the guy thanked.

Would love to know how you go from being in Amebix to being a holocaust denier.

I'd love to know how you go from thanking someone who is an alleged holocaust denier to being a holocaust denier.
Fair enough but I'd find it hard to believe they got dropped just for mentioning him in the liner notes. Will be interesting to see the lyrics should the album ever be released but I imagine they share the deniers views.

Guys just seem to shit the bed against Ngannou, JDS winged that overhand worse than Overeem did against Ngannou, it's like they're genuinely scared of him.

Might just be me, but does anyone else think there's something a bit fucked up in tagging someone's FB profile in a post about them dying?

Just finished listening to Relentless by Pentagram, can't beat some old school Doom.

Have At Fillmore East by The Allman Brothers Band playing now, next level guitar playing

The run of albums from Killing Technology - The Outer Limits are my go to albums. I can appreciate the early stuff as part of their evolution but I wouldn't stick them on tbh. Never actually gave the new one a chance even though I remember it getting good reviews  at the time, must check it out.

Got to see them twice, once with Carcass, Napalm Death and Obituary in Vicar Street and again opening for Entombed AD, I'd love to see them doing a proper headline set though.

Metallica: Lightning, Puppets, ANJA, KEA
Megadeth: RIP, Peace Sells, Countdown, KIMB.
Slayer: Hell Awaits, RIB, Seasons, SOH
Anthrax: Among the Living, Spreading the Disease.

Although I'm a fan of the first 6 albums, I've always felt the covers on the first three Megadeth album really bring them down, the production on KIMB and SFSGSW are rubbish too, they did a good job remixing KIMB last year so hopefully SFSGSW gets a similar treatment. Youthanasia is an underrated record too.

Wasn't at it but I looks class, hopefully more gigs are held there in the future, I'd travel from Dublin to see a gig there.
