Melissa and Don't Break the Oath are classics. I also think Time and Into the Unknown are the business, if maybe not quite as good.
I'd second that. All their albums have some good stuff but that lot are the most consistent

Are Darkest Era still on the go? Thought their last album was a big step up from their previous stuff

De Valera being Jewish himself puts a different spin on the Nazi thing...

I found myself having a temporal blip the other day- some teenage girls were listening to Muse on a portable speaker two benches down, and there was me tapping away, rocking out, and they started chatting away, and then they asked me for any recommendations for other 'retro' music..and it was like the 2nd to most recent Muse album too.
Jews/clues/Muse... Matt Bellamy is a Devalera clone

I thought everything both sides have put out since the split has been fairly shit, but I heard the new one is a decent attempt at getting back to their older style. Suppose I'll find out soon enough

Anyone got any cherry trees? My parents and inlaws both have one and I've never seen them with such a good haul. Got about 8 kilos just from one branch, don't know if it was the really warm spring or what the reason is, but I'll be having them in breakfast for months

Maybe one of the controversial opinions, but if Speak English or Die came out under the Anthrax name there'd be a much different view of them

( I'm ignoring Persistence Of Time, which admittedly has a distinct smell of manure off it), and most of their stuff after that is shit piled on top of shit, but still, three fecking great , dare I say classic albums. is a good return from any band, no matter how long ago it was. Good music is good music.
Am I wrong?
Ah here, PoT is better than all those earlier albums

The Bush stuff is what I'd reach for if I wanted to listen to Anthrax. SoWN and WHCFYA are brilliant, the other two have a lot more filler but still a good few great songs on each

I'd only listened to a few songs on youtube and liked the sound of them so just picked the cheapest album I saw, glad to hear it's a good choice!

I found it equally amazing during lock down, where air traffic was operating at about one tenth of its' usual amount, that the amount of trails in the sky remained unchanged. But as I said to the other fella, don't mind what you can see with your own two eyes, just google the answer to try refute what you think I'm saying...
Nah there was an absolutely massive drop in the amount of trails. I live near enough to the airport and it was very noticeable, I even had my four year old kid asking where the planes feathers (as she calls them) had all gone

I was probably a few years late for the Soundcellar heyday, but were the cds and vinyl always locked up? Only ever bought tickets in there since you couldn't have a proper browse through the stuff

Fuckin' White Zombie and also Deftones' weakest album by far, but no Symbolic.
Yeah there's a load more I'd have instead of some of those choices. Storm of the Lights Bane, Imaginations from the Other Side, The Gallery, Disco Volante...

Got the expanded edition of Empath by Devin Townsend last week but haven't had a chance to give it a listen yet

Also grabbed the two Xoth albums off bandcamp along with a t-shirt, which is down to my knees it's so fucking big. Why can't there just be standard sizing for shirts?
