Like it says we (Coroza) are looking for a guitarist. We're a progressive doom band based in Cork. Link to our latest album is below. If you're interested either email corozametal@gmail.com or private message me here.

If you (or someone you know) are interested please contact us at corozametal@gmail.com or just message any one of us. The right person should have:
- their own professional equipment (preferably amp & cab, assorted pedals, etc)
- capabilities of clean & harsh vocals (not vital but would be an advantage)
- commitment to practice in Cork Rehearsal Studios once a month or bi-monthly
- the ability to drive (not essential but would be handy).
- a professional attitude (no time wasters)
We are looking to gig and to continue writing new material so please keep that in mind. We tune to Drop C and any person interested should try learn a few songs from our last album as we will more than likely be holding auditions and try-out sessions depending on the level of interest.

As there's no Monolith this year they, in conjunction with Cypress Avenue and Twisted Vision Productions put on 3 live streams with 6 bands over the last weekend and they will be up for a few days.  Seriously professional set up to be part of and the result is damn impressive i have to say.

Anyone seen this shit show of a Facebook page. I'll probably get legal proceedings now just for mentioning it  He's great for the ould bombarding people with Facebook messages giving all sorts of threats etc

Hello Everybody. As Bandcamp are waiving their fees for all purchases today we at Coroza would like to go one step further and offer all digital downloads of our album Chaliceburner for whatever price you decide for all of today only. So if you're broke have a free album on us.

As always we are eternally grateful for any purchases as in the current climate all gigs have been postponed and it's a great way to support local bands. There's some tasty tees as well if you're cold during the quarantine (not free though).

I one look forward to the rip roaring success this will be and am so appreciative that we finally have a metal festival in Ireland

Clang is an Irish heavy metal festival being held in spring 2020. The festival will feature several global Metal headliners and also showcase Irish metal bands on the main stage.

Bands and dates will be released soon and tickets will be available from December 2019.

How do. Coroza's debut album "Chaliceburner" is now available to download and stream. For fans of  Sleep, Yob, Mastadon etc

Artwork is by Mat Miller from England who did an amazing job. Recorded, mixed and mastered by Ciaran Culhane of Sharborne fame. Release is through Paranoid Beast Promotions. Hope ye enjoy.

And lastly one for the book people out there. Currently reading the Dune series. Loving it, like a game of thrones in outer space.

Sure if TV has one it'd rude not to have one for film. Watched the new Coen brothers one on Netflix " The Ballad of Buster Scruggs". Good watch, series of short films, very good and funny in parts.

Let's get the TV thread started. Currently watching the new Narcos. Continues in the same vein. Not bad at all. Finally started Line of Duty. Pleasantly surprised. Very good show.
