Agreed. I skipped the Pestilence ones when I ripped it, and cut out the Carcass ones (apart from the first one, but I made it a separate track, and added the TOTT B-sides at the end), much better listening experience.

I'll give you the first one as it sets up the album nicely. The others are unwelcome interruptions IMO.

The scream at the start of Left Hand Path.
The feedback leading into Like Rats, sets up what's coming perfectly.

I think they toured with them as well, possibly supported MH in the SFX?

Agreed, I think 'Utopia Banished', which was released later, is the better death/grind hybrid they did. Don't think 'Harmony Corruption' is all that bad of a production job personally.
Utopia Banished is where I got into them, I'd only heard the odd track and seen the Live Corruption video previously. Great album, one of my favourites, Barney's vocals were properly biting there. I had the digipak with the bonus disc, wish I still had it.

The fade-in intro to The Heretic on The Headless Children. Nice little guitar noodle and vocal chant, the bass drum and chords ramping it up a bit, then that quick tom roll and full speed ahead. Lovely stuff.

Is that a quite from The Diceman then? Never knew that, despite reading it years ago.

Not sure whether we're talking about effects/samples or musical intros but anyway:
The gradual speeding up of the intro to Fall From Grace on Blessed Are The Sick.
South Of Heaven's opening notes, and then that power chord.
The synth intro to Unleashed Upon Mankind.
The Prisoner sample on, well, The Prisoner.

Right scumbag that lad. Him and some other cunts gangingbup on a lad, kicking the shit of him when he was on the ground.
Not his first time in court either, he was up for racing sulkies before. Not a good look giving him an allstar when he had this looming.

I was at one with (I think) Blood Or Whiskey supporting, great night. Dubliners came out for The Irish Rover and it was mighty. His mother came out for Fairytale, that was less than mighty (she hadn't a note in her head) but was nice to see and had the whole place going. RIP to him anyway.

RSV seems to be more common since covid, or at least I'm hearing about it more. My siblings and a few others I know were wiped out with it for a bit.
