Agnostic Front: Cause for Alarm

I saw them play in Dublin under the Stephen's Green shopping centre in some basement bar (forget the name, probably doesn't exist anymore) early to mid 2000s.

Not stand up comedy per se but after many, many years I am still obsessed with the Ricky Gervais podcasts, 'guides to' and XFM shows from years ago.

One thing I could never get clear though is whether Karl Pilkington is actually a low key comedian in idiot clothing. I have heard him repeat lines from old XFM shows or podcasts in interviews and such years later, but not sure if that is a manager telling him to do so.

In any case, if anyone hasn't heard these old podcasts, I feel jealous for you.

Browser/ sometime contributor here.

Politics has no place on a music forum I feel, keep it to yourselves. Politics bores me and divides people in general. Just my opinion.

Seeing as how there appears to be a solo career setlist also, will Ozzy do songs from 'The Ultimate Sin' ? I should hope so.

The only thing AI is being seriously used for at the moment is by students to think for them and write their papers, or film studios plotting to replace actors entirely. The rest for now, I suppose is governed by  law?.

Halford- Live Insurrection (2001)  CD

When he left Priest in the 90s, he did this live album (amongst other albums). Contains songs from 'Resurrection' , some songs from his band Fight, and some Priest songs. Great companion to the Priest live 98 album. Want Priest but different? choose one or the other. :abbath:

As far as other Trouble albums I would personally recommend , 'Run To The Light' (87) is decent and 'Plastic Green Head' was a good 90s release, probably ignored when people were too interested in grunge or alternative at the time.

NP: Blind Guardian: live 2003 (LOTR style cover cd)

Dune (Frank Herbert).

Picked up recently second hand, OG film poster art, will see if better than the movie (or vice versa).

Christmas songs (most of them):
Esp:

Fairytale of New York : the most overplayed and overrated one of all. The sound of christmas pudding with a topping of barf. Fck off back to NY.

Mariah Carey: loud brash and irritating, turn it down!

However,  Wham (last Christmas) gets a pass as it is as cheesy and silly as the season is.
