Title: Havukruunu

I've been listening to this album a lot recently. Top tier Finnish black metal. Strong influences from Hammerheart era Bathory

I like what I've heard but I've yet to pick anything up by them.

It's a bit too nice to be considered black metal for me. There's no darkness or malevolence in it. Of course the label of what genre it is doesn't matter and taken purely for what it is it's a fairly enjoyable listen if you think of it as something else despite the overt BM influences especially in the vocal department and drums

I've been absolutely loving this band recently, particularly Kelle Surut Soi. To say its not BM because its melodic is odd, but lets not get into that

New record, Uinuos syƶmein sota has been released. On first listen it sounds great. This is my introduction to them so will definitely go back and check out their earlier material.

Been digging these two albums on bandcamp the past few weeks. Must buy them tomorrow when bc are waiving their cut. Never heard of them before checking them on a whim on bc when I saw them in the metal section, nice find.
