Using this thread to post hand built guitar and bass effects pedals I am currently making. This is mostly hobby but I sell everything. I build a range of distortions, overdrives, fuzzes, boosts, and functional pedals. If it's not in the thread but is something you are after, let me know. Acapulco Gold clone with switchable hard clipping and input gain pot. Additional mods make it more versatile than the original pedal. Stacks well with other pedals in any placement (before/after) by tweaking the gain & clip. Goes from light crunch to fully saturated distortion. Best suited to doom/sludge style sounds but malleable enough to be used for a variety of metal. PM if interested. Cheers!

BACCHUS (Overdrive) - €80
Volume, Pre, Shape (clipping/tone) and Drive controls. Goes from a dark clean boost, up to full pelt overdrive. Shape controls allows a wide range of sounds, great in front of a tube amp to push the heart out of it.

It has one knob and does one thing. Volume control on a silicon transistor fuzz, thick and heavy. Small enclosure build (1590A) to squeeze onto any board.

Quick question, how hard would it be to do a clone if a TC Electronic integrated preamp/boost? I read the Fortin 33 is one with a slightly different eq, and the Peppers Dirty three is another version.

Not hard I imagine, I've actually been looking at doing a short run of a version of these later in the year - just clearing a run of custom orders at the minute before I do up anything else. And you're right, the Fortin 33 is one but with a fixed eq section, I will be building them with controllable eq per the original.

Organics - Parallel Boost/Drive with optional clipping and 2nd gain stage. Two high pass and low pass filtered op amp boosts running in tandem to act as frequency selective drives. At low pot values this can be a subtle clean bass or treble boost, at high values and into the optional clipping and drive stages, this can get rattling and crisp distorted tones and low, fuzzy sub bass too. Bass Bacchus - Overdrive/Distortion tweaked for Bass. Similar to my earlier Bacchus pedal, but with a few changes to suit bass better, and with added clean blend/boost, master volume, and the pre-boost broke out onto a separate footswitch. No demo up yet but will have one soon. I don't plan on doing a lot more of these, and have two orange and one silver from the pic below left:

I have one of a test build of a new Fuzz left, the Silicon Impersonator - based on my Sardonic Perpetrator, which is in turn a Harmonic Percolator style build. This one uses all common Silicon components instead of the Ge parts typically found in the Sard Perp, but emulates one of the main sound settings well and has a bit more gain on tap. Since it's a test before the main run I'm letting it off for €60, cheaper than the future builds, which will have a different look but will sound identical.

Cheers! It is very fun. We put it through it's paces in the jamspace soon after this demo too and you can get some supreme sound bed style stuff going with it. I actually sold the demo build to a lad yesterday because I was skint and already regret it :laugh: at least I can build myself another I suppose.

DENJI: Transistor based Darlington one knob fuzz with simplified one knob HM2-style EQ. Standard fuzz is dark and full gain, as EQ is increased it goes through a range of sharp, gritty sounds, up to a full chainsaw fuzz with both pots dimed. Simple and effective.

AMNESIAN: Clean preamp with high headroom, optional clipping/saturation, and a Beta Lead -style EQ section. Designed as a pedal platform for guitar and bass. A powerful 3-band EQ section offers excellent tone control. Works great bypassing your amp's pre (into your Return jack) or straight in the front for some extra punch.
