Modern melodic metal band seeking vocalist. Demo tracks written and rehearsal currently under way. Looking for vocalist to complete lineup with a view to gigging/recording in the next few months
ESSENTIAL:
- Competent, confident clean vocal with decent dynamic range. Band currently plays in drop C, so powerful mid-range is a must. Our ideal vocalist will have influences including but not limited to Killswitch Engage, Trivium, Visigoth, Audioslave, DTP, etc.
- Ability and willingness to write own lyrics
- Ability to contribute to songwriting and arrangement
- Live in, or be able to travel to, Belfast for weekly rehearsal and writing sessions.
- Easy to work with. No divas, no "rawk stars" complexes.
DESIRABLE:
- Previous band experience, both live and studio
- Ability to play an instrument (as a songwriting aid)
- Harsh (growl/scream) vocal a bonus but not essential
