I guess Dave missed the great puns that came from MetalIreland a few years back and has decided to sell his latest gaff -

They must spend fortunes on interior designers. Given the life he has lead it's surprising there is so little personality in that house, it's like an expensive version of an Ikea catalogue.

No Dave got a print out of all those puns at a gig when MI interviewed him alright. I reckon he bought the house in the exact same condition and did nothing with it.
