I've been trying to upload photos from an image host with the https: and insert it as the prompt says on the picture icon, but when I upload it, the post is blank..
Any help appreciated...

If one quotes your last post in "The PC and Perpetually Offended Brigade", what looks like a blank post, we can see the link you were trying to post, the image being a screenshot of a tweet from an account called "Racial Consciousness", I had a look yesterday. To post images you need to use a direct link to the image itself, not a link to a page which contains an image. The link should end in .jpg .png or any other format. ImgBB also lists "BBCode" when you upload an image. You can paste this and it'll already contain the img tags needed.
