I've been eagerly anticipating getting my ears around this lot since they seeped out of the shadows in recent times. I like their less is more approach- there's not much about them online which adds a little intrigue in this age of information bombardment. I've seen a couple of snippets of them live, but never got my hands on a promo tape they put out a couple of years ago, so it's all kind of new to me, more than it may have been of I'd been living back home.
The title track of the album has been posted on YouTube by Invictus and it sounds fukkin good to me. A strong and clear production and a style that draws from the past, without relying on cliché or retro role-play. It sounds contemporary and real to me, but based on traditional song writing to get the message across.
Weird artwork. It makes me think of those aquatic creatures on some of the bridges around the Liffey come crawling to life. I'm curious to find out what the concepts are behind the songs and how they might tie in with the artwork.
Great to see more quality underground evil from the old sod 8)

Just listened to it and was just coming on to post it somewhere as I thought it was great. Definitely one to pick up!
Nice :abbath:
That's pretty cool
killer song, looking forward to the album coming out
Great artwork, cool logo and Negative Plane vibe. A clean sweep.
Cool, weirdly reminds me of a heavier Amebix more than any proto death or black metal band.
Is that artwork Austin Osman Spare too?
The artwork was based on Austin Osman Spare's sketches, but it isn't his.
Interesting Amebix comparison...
It'll look cool on a tshirt, whoever designed it!
Def sounds authentic alright. Will keep an ear out for the album.
Yeah thats a cool track, looking forward to more.
