Was considering this but accomodation for the two nights is manky, I can't justify dropping ~€500 for the two nights, on top of all the usual expenses. Serious line up over the weekend though.
Yeah hotels are fucking cruel down here at the minute, worse in the summer. Don't understand how the city still has no hostels.
Even Airbnb is poor, I priced it for the last one and there was a flat for ~€80 a night just before it, nothing like that now.
Can't you stay in the UL Halls over the summer? I priced that for a stag a few years ago and it was decent price - ended up crashing elsewhere in the end, so can't say what it was like.
