There'd have to be a big support with that to fill out the 3 Arena, right? Or have they really gotten that popular again?

Presume the bill will be fleshed out with about 3 other acts and half the venue will be behind curtains.

This one might surprise you. Maybe not capacity - but there does indeed seem to be a resurgence in popularity

Definitely a big resurgence in popularity. They're doing big arenas in the UK as well on this tour, and they headlined Wacken last year

Would they ever have filled the 3 Arena, were they that big here even at their peak?

Probably not, but lots of the teenagers of 2001 have adult jobs and adult money and seemingly love to part with it for gigs like these.

My ex at the time was mad into them, saw them in The Point back in '02, Murderdolls supported

Couple of years later (05,06) I saw them again in the Music Centre, and the place wasn't exactly rammed. Fair drop off in the space of a few years, and even at the tail end of nu metal popularity

Guess they've done something right in the last 20 years to hit the arenas again!

I think similar to Deftones. Younger audience that now have money and Tik Tok seems to be finding a new audience for some of these acts

I'll see that and raise you the fact that for the UK at least, Papa Roach are on Earache Records.
