The Portal announcement surprised me but this has shocked me. I saw this tour announcement a few days ago thinking I would love to travel abroad for it but can't. I never thought I would see the day when either Impurity or Goat Semen would be playing in Ireland.

What an unexpected line-up to hit Ireland. Looking forward to seeing what Cutthroat can offer. Decent new Irish bands don't emerge every day so hopes are high.
By the way, Portal are playing in Melbourne in August with Bölzer as support! Then Rome play a week or two later. I might have to make an effort in August.
Going to be in Manchester for King Diamond, fucking gutted to be missing this. Don't get gigs like this too often on these lands
Shocker alright. Saw GoatSemen a few years ago and they were savage.
I knew Impurity played in Berlin about 10 years ago. I didn't realise that's the only show they ever played in Europe. Having been around for 37 years this is the first ever European Tour. I remember lots of positive comments online after the Berlin show about how great the bands stage presence was.

I have been trying to convince my mate for the last week to head to the Sydney show. He has no idea who Bolzer is and only knows the Glumurphonel live video. I know he would really enjoy both bands.
I saw them about 12 years ago, not long before I moved to Ireland, playing the second Brazilian Ritual Fest with Archgoat, Black Witchery and Grave Desecrator...they were deadly live!!!
All comments about Goat Semen live give the impression they are proper brutal on stage as well... Looking forward to this!
I just happened to glance over the name Goat Semen and did a double take. The name Impurity is familiar to me too... hope these are those two crazy war metal bands...

For fuck sake first Negative Plane and now this. I knew these gigs were to good to be true. I saw GS posting tour dates yesterday with no Ireland and thought it was just mistake. Would the visas they need for the rest of Europe not be the same as what they would need for here? The Irish shows seem to be the only ones that have been cancelled.
Could be for agricultural/livestock reasons
