Trying to find my password to transfer to a new device. The forgotten password option isn't sending anything to my email?

There's a server error which is causing email problems. Thanks for letting me know. I'm looking into it now and will let you know when it's fixed.

There was a problem with spf/dkim settings which was causing emails to be rejected from some hosts. It should be fixed now if you want to try again.
