Title: Ireland Hire Car question
Post by: 91/30 on March 21, 2024, 02:20:43 AM
Flying in to Dublin in a fortnight, has anyone any recent experiences on hiring a car for a few weeks?  Any options other than the rip off fuckers around the airport?

GoCar or the like might be an option. They have bases all over the place in various Lidl carparks, garages, shopping centres etc. You have to bring it back to where you got it, but you can hire and offhire as you like. It was handy for me at least when my car went kaput in December while I waited on a new car.

Thanks for that, I'll check into that and see what they might have available

Yuko are similar to go car too. A long time since I've used either though.
