Great announcement, hopefully some decent touring support will be added
Deadly. It would be great to see Primordial on the bill seeing as they are touring Europe with them a few weeks later.
Now that'd be frickin epic but I've a feeling that won't be the case.
I think a band like the grief would suit support
Yeah wouldn't mind the grief but have a feeling it'll be Crawling/TwoTales/Tentonslug All excellent bands but have just had my fill of them same goes for the death metal type shows, wouldn't mind the odd international act thrown in here and there

Procession Of Spectres, surely! ;)
Tickets out. See Obituary coming too in September
Maybe I'm getting old/cynical but is 40 euro for a ticket exceptionally steep? I still bought one but Paradise Lost, as good as they are, aren't exactly AC/DC in terms of drawing power.....
Ac/dc would be €100 though
Seems a bit more than normal, always found similar sized bands to be around €30ish or so. But with the cost of touring going up all the time I'm not surprised to see the ticket prices going up with it
I haven't seen them live in years so 40 euro is grand, just going to order tickets now, drive up and down to Limerick, happy days
Tickets sorted for both gigs.
Looking for two limerick tickets .
Is Limerick sold out
According to Dolan's website yes. Not surprised considering Carcass also sold out at the same venue.

I see they're going to be touring Icon from December with My Dying Bride in support. That's a spicy meatball.
PL,really are one of those Iconic bigish bands ive just continuously skimmed over for the guts of 30 years.Ive had most of their 90s albums at various points, but i cant say ive ever sat down and listened to a full album from start to finish. They have some unbelievably good songs, but a band that has never fully grabbed me!.I had Icon on cassett in my teens,an album I really need to revisit!
Shades of God is where it's at
Once saw PL play a water park mid afternoon in Italy in 1995 (filling in for Danzig, who cancelled), the sun was out and it was hot, not the right ambience
Looking for a limerick ticket if anyone has one going .
still looking for a limerick ticket if anyone has one for sale

What's parking like around Dolans?
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.
Clayton hotel car park is just around the corner, handy enough.
No sign of any stage times for Limerick??
PL 8.45pm
Is there anyone supporting in Limerick??
URNE are supporting on both nights no?
Their latest album A Feast of Sorrow is very enjoyable so definitely a support band worth checking out!

Thanks.
Really enjoyed this and for a change so did the band it seemed!
Of the many times I've seen the band it seems seeing them Play Forever Failure seems to evade me. I'd also have loved to see them play Fall From Grace. The setlist was good though. I could list an entire alternative setlist that I'd have liked to see but was happy with the gig overall.
One ticket for Dolans tonight for sale. Came down with a cold so I cant make it. Gutted.

Limerick top class. Great set, great sound, band on form, just class buzz in there. Very poisoned
Yeah enjoyed it. Took a few songs for everything to click I feel. Fair few women there last night, good to see.
Landed in just before Paradise Lost started. Merch was pretty much all gone at that point! First time seeing PL and I really enjoyed it. Vocals seemed to dip a small bit in the mix at times but other than that I've no complaints. Good mix of songs in the set and a bit of humour from Nick between songs. Dolans is such a handy venue for gigs, great to be back home in half an hour instead of facing into driving home from Dublin!
I don't think the merch was sold, I was at both gigs they seemed to have fuck all with them.
Was setlist much different to the Dublin show?

I think it was the same, he did joke at one point about doing a different song, but that they didn't know any.
Great gig though, first time seeing them, always wanted to since Once Second came out but never got around to it. First time at gig in Dolans, good place and only 90 mins from home. Very handy compared to Dublin.

Yeah that was the one dissapointing thing about the gig, had dough and all with me but all they had was one type of t-shirt (and it wasn't even black) and beanies
Yup good show in Limerick, enjoyed it. Must have seen them a dozen times by now, always great with so many excellent songs.
Enjoyed this a lot. First time in the warehouse for me and I'd certainly prefer it to traipsing to Dublin for my kicks. Thought pl were decent too, first time seeing them. Said to a lad out the back that I enjoyed the two tunes off One Second and the face he made at me was priceless
Enjoyed the gig, vocals were a bit low in the mix at times, good mix of songs throughout the set, hadn't seen them live in 20 years, handy spin up and down to Dolans, thanks again to Bad Reputation for bringing these bands down to the west, tired at work today.
There was very little merch as I was in Dolans early and there wasn't much left after Dublin.
