I'd have been tempted if it wasn't between 2 gigs for me (Godflesh & The Cure). I've never seen him or Swans, would like to.

It was pretty good in fairness, no bar, being in a church, but I was driving anyway. He had a go at the soundman at one point, which seemed a bit unfair considering the venue, but half the set was unreleased stuff from the upcoming album, other half was swans/angel of light stuff. Blind and new mind were fantastic

I really enjoyed it. I never realised how good a singer Gira actually is...on the older swans records when he tries to sing it doesn't always work, but live he sounded immense.
