Is there anyone here who has made one for their band or knows about making them and what sort of cost they would be and other requirements as I would like to learn more about the undertaking of it?

You're looking at around €500 for the basic "band in a room" video. After that it's up to what you want to add with locations, actors, effects etc.
If you want to be intensely cheap you can rig up a few cameras yourself, as ye have between ye, phone cameras and normal ones, with some clips and mic stands and the like. record yourselves in the room playing one of your songs, snip it together in Reaper afterwards. Not amazing but can come out okay.

Around a grand or two. A lot of different shots there including some aerial drone stuff. Like anything music related though, decide how much you can spend and then do the best you can for the money. Personally I think no video is better than a shite video but that's open for debate.
