Title: Cambion - Conflagrate the Celestial Refugium (FFO: Angelcorpse, early 00's DM)

Try and see passed the dumb shit, Inquisition type album title. The Angelcorpse influence is undeniable but this is a healthy dose of blistering black death in a style that you don't hear nearly as often these days. Has enough other attributes to keep it interesting on it's own merits.

Very close to Angelcorpse indeed; even the vocals sound like Helmkamp. Sounds good though. Dunno what the fuck to make of the artwork

Nothing on the cover works in unison. Logo is shocking, artwork is a like a rainbow took a shit and the inspired choice of font then tops it all off.

Didn't realise these lads were still going. Could be going mental but I'm almost sure I remember listening to a demo of theirs on their MySpace page a long time ago and it was a ripper but with similarly shite multicoloured artwork!

This album sounds cool, I'm hearing a bit of Centurian in there too.

The production ruins it for me, way too much of everything!!! The riffs are there though. I'll give it a few more spins.

I can understand why the production would be an issue alright.
