Wasn't expecting the change in vocal style, but it's welcome. His vocals got a bit boring after a full album.

the start reminded me of she-wolf straight off, great song though.

A lot more straightforward than the rest of their stuff, but not bad. Might take a while to get used to the change in vocal style though

New tune out. Expected the small possibility it was a Deicide cover before listening...it's not. I did not expect a full 2 mins of clean singing and ballad-like song writing before the thrash fest.

EDIT: I do like the change in direction with heavy vocals , there's a punk edge to them that reminds me a little of Henry Rollins or somebody. Fair play to him for trying new stuff on this album yet again. Haven't made my mind up yet about whether it all works for me or not.

These are just the two songs for a split EP afaik. I'd listen to them again, but they're not offering anything above what's gone before. You're right about the change in heavy vocals though, brings them even closer to Voivod territory too. Won't be picking up the EP, but I think they/he still has it in him to create more excellent albums.
