A band that I inexplicably haven't kept up to date with. To Endotaton is incredible, maybe this new full length will start me down the path of rediscovering Ysengrin's music.

Must grab a copy.  'To Endotaton' is my favourite but all of their releases offer something unique.

Totally lost track of them after picking up most of the stuff on cassette around 2012 /13. Surprised to see a few here into them. I thought it was more obscure. Can't remember where I first stumbled across this unique sound. Must check out the new shit

Same here. It's hard to keep track with the amount of releases these days.

One of the great things about this album is that despite being able to point to a few influences like Mortuary Drape and Necromantia, it doesn't sound like anything else. It's a playful and unique sounding album, kind of warped and rough around the edges, but with very memorable song writing.
