Re annoucement that all indoor gatherings with greater than 100 participants should be cancelled, surely all gigs gone for the next few weeks. Dose...
No Napalm Death now. 😫
Anvil are supposed to be playing Dublin tonight that's not happening now surely?? And no jokes about them not being able to draw over a hundred people
Wonder if the North will follow
Anvil cancelled tonight.
I just saw that the Krisiun, Gruesome gig scheduled for 18th April has been cancelled on FB.
I'm assuming more bands are going to start cancelling tours?
Full of Hell cancelled everything except Roadburn
Good They should all be cancelled simple as.

Irish date in April too?
Was on for the Blade Runner screening/score playthrough on the 29th, no word on that yet. Obviously better safe than sorry, but I'll be disappointed nonetheless.
Edit: Yep postponed. Ticketbastard says 26th of December but I imagine that that's just a placeholder.
Yea, I was really looking forward to Napalm Death and the Blade Runner screening. Pity, will see them again when this all blows over. I wanted to see Gruesome and Internal Bleeding too as I've not seen them

Sorry it's just the covid-19 flu, not ebola as well ;) Sorry I'll get my coat... But yeah I was set for ND myself, and chose Internal Bleeding over Gruesome due to headliner preferences. Maybe some of the April tours might work out yet though but I wouldn't count on it.
It's a balls of a situation but nothing to be done. I was really looking forward to Death the Leveler/Dread Sovereign on Fri just because I haven't been to any metal gig in ages, but not to be.
I have a ticket for Brutal Assault in Aug I wonder how this will impact the festival circuit?

Limelight and Voodoo are closed for the time being, so that's the 2 main Belfast venues out of action.
Hopping on a plane for a gig out forn might be a thing of the past for a while?
Ryanair are talking about being grounded for maybe 3 months, and mentioned they can carry on paying staff 50% of their normal salary for 12 months.
Dark Descent sent out a mail earlier saying that freight charges have exploded as there's less goods flights at the moment.
I reckon there's good reason why the Govt are telling people get back from out foreign fair lively. I think everyone can or should forget about foreign holidays this summer.
Time to turn to the live DVD's and videos that have been gathering dust!
I'm waiting on Desertfest to cancel, supposed to be May bank-holiday weekend, have flights and hotel booked in London too. I do not see any gig travel anywhere happening until June at the earliest, if not much, much later.
Similar here. Booked in for Incineration Fest in London second weekend of May. Presuming it won't go ahead now. In fairness, Premier Inn have already emailed offering to refund or move my (non-refundable) booking for the night.
