Title: Demons and Wizards III
Post by: Thorn on February 25, 2020, 07:21:11 PM
Well it's finally landed and it's pretty damn good for my money after 2 spins ,the Malcolm Young inspired 'Midas Beast' and the punchy riffing of 'Split' standing out early doors, not really a track here that any Iced Guardian fan won't  be raising a beer to.  If ever there were a duo who weren't going to hit us with any surprises though...

Definitely  a more melancholic album than the other two, could use a few more hard hitters in there. What really comes across is how well Hansi's voice is holding up  (assuming no studio ,eh, wizadry).
It will sit well enough alongside it's forebears but it won't sit ahead of them.
