Just heard today I'm going to Atlanta at the end of the month for a week long workshop. Company has been kind enough to tell me to stay on afterwards and have a bit of a holiday.
Any recommendations, record stores, venues to check out and craft beer spots?
I was there about 10 years ago when I was travelling around the southern US. Amazing number of homeless people there, quite incredible. The Coca Cola factory is worth a visit, but a word of warning, just take the one bottle from the display at the exit, i tried stuffing a few down the keks and got caught at security, who made me do the walk of shame and put the extra ones backs. Even little kids were laughing at me as I was replacing them.
